Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and SoloKit ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at solokit.store (the "Site") and all products and services offered through it.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You may register for an account using your email address and password, or through a third-party authentication provider (Google OAuth).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
  • You must notify us immediately at contact@solokit.store if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products and Digital Goods

4.1 Nature of Products

SoloKit sells downloadable digital products, including but not limited to Notion templates, Google Sheets and Docs templates, PDF documents, product bundles, and subscription access. All products are delivered electronically via secure, time-limited download links.

4.2 License Grant

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product(s) for your own personal or business use, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may use the products for your own projects, your clients, or within your business.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make the products available to third parties as standalone products (whether free or paid).
  • You may not claim authorship of the templates or present them as your own original creation for resale.
  • You may not include the products in competing template marketplaces or digital product stores.

4.3 Download Links

Download links are generated upon purchase and are valid for 72 hours with a maximum of 5 downloads per token. If your download links expire, you may request new links from your account dashboard or by contacting us.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the product price. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
  • Discount codes are subject to their specific terms, including expiration dates, usage limits, and minimum purchase requirements. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. All Access Subscription

6.1 Subscription Terms

The All Access subscription provides access to all current and future SoloKit products for a recurring monthly fee of $19/month.

  • Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month.
  • You will be charged on the same date each month via the payment method on file.
  • Subscription access is for a single user only and may not be shared.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
  • Products downloaded during an active subscription remain yours to use under the license terms in Section 4.2.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To request a refund, contact us at contact@solokit.store with your order number and reason for the request.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Upon receiving a refund, your license to use the refunded product(s) is immediately revoked, and you must delete all copies of the product(s) in your possession.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe to be abusive (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product).

For subscriptions, refund requests apply to the most recent billing period only.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital products, and software, is the property of SoloKit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • The SoloKit name, logo, and branding are trademarks of SoloKit. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
  • Your purchase grants you a license to use the products, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Site, including download restrictions
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent payment details or discount codes

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our products.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLOKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoloKit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For subscribers, material changes to subscription terms will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your license to use any purchased products remains in effect (unless terminated due to a refund or violation of the license terms in Section 4.2), but your access to the Site and account features will cease.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoloKit regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
